A new urban campus for London, developed by leading architects, AHMM

At Derwent London we have always favoured the robustness and adaptability of buildings of the industrial era more than the over-specified and potentially short-lived new builds of recent years.

Simple, yet generous, these older buildings easily transform into inspiring, people-centric spaces. They don’t demand excessive ‘cooling’ systems, because they’re blessed with high ceilings, great daylight and natural ventilation.

Of course, no one makes buildings like that anymore, until now.

Along with architects AHMM, we have created the White Collar Factory. Anticipated completion Summer 2016.

Nice view!
